Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Camella J. Collection. Because THE GOD COLLECTION and some Handmade items  are custom-printed just for you, please review our policy below:

1. 7-Day Return Window

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligible Reasons for Returns

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us immediately at assist@camellaj.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Minus shipping

  • Incorrect Item: If you received the wrong size or design compared to what you ordered, we will correct it.

3. Non-Returnable Items 

  • Personalized/Custom Items: Items with custom names or specific personalization's cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

  • Damage is defined as typo at print, we request proof.     

  • Final Sale Items: Please note that certain products are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. All CUSTOM ORDERS, unless it's a typo. 

  • 4. Return Shipping For standard returns (not due to damage), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

    5. How to Start a Return 

    • To start a return, please email us at assist@camellaj.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Damaged defined -Print typos

    Shipping & Delivery

    • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days after production is complete.
    • Shipment Notifications: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.
    • Tracking: After your item has shipped, please refer directly to the shipping carrier’s tracking system (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other service) for the most up-to-date delivery status.
    • Lost or Damaged Packages:  Camella J. Collection * THE GOD COLLECTION is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Responsibility transfers to the carrier once your order has been handed off. Customers must file any claims for lost or damaged packages directly with the shipping carrier used for delivery.
    • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If we request a return for inspection, please pack securely and include your order number in the box.
